Seller Tips

Selling a home can often be a stressful time for any homeowner.  In addition to saving homeowners time, hiring a REALTOR® will help maximize the profit on one of your largest investment.   Your listing agent will establish the market value of your home by completing a comparative market analysis of you home.  A CMA will compare your home’s value to surrounding homes that have previously sold in a certain time period. During the listing presentation your REALTOR® will  cover their marketing plan on how they will list, stage and advertise your home.  Once the home is listed your REALTOR® will keep you informed of showings.  When you receive your offer from the buyer, your agent will guide you through the negotiations to ensure the transaction will move smoothly.

Quick Tips Prior to Listing Your Home:

  • De-clutter closets, counters, and rooms.
  • Clean and even freshen up the grout in the kitchen and bath.
  • Small do it yourself projects can easily improve your homes value.
  • Secure a termite report if it is recommended in your area.
